1. Who we are
LetzBuy is a marketplace operated by To be completed: [Company name to be completed], To be completed: [Registered address to be completed], RCS To be completed: [RCS number to be completed], VAT To be completed: [VAT number to be completed]. Contact: To be completed: [Contact email to be completed].
LetzBuy connects buyers with independent merchants. The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the merchant; LetzBuy acts as intermediary and marketplace operator.
2. Orders
You can put items from several shops in one cart. Your order is then split into one order per merchant, and each merchant is responsible for its own.
An email confirms each order. The contract is formed when this confirmation is sent, subject to the product being available.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Each shop's delivery cost is shown before payment.
The payment methods offered are those shown at the payment step. Payment is handled by an authorised payment provider.
4. Delivery and pick-up
Each merchant sets its delivery options, indicative delivery times and any pick-up points. This information appears on the product page and at checkout.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer on receipt.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving the product to withdraw without giving a reason, in line with EU law and the Luxembourg Consumer Code.
To do so, tell the merchant with a clear statement (an email, for example). The merchant refunds the purchase no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. Return costs are yours unless the merchant states otherwise.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, custom-made products, goods liable to deteriorate quickly, sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons, or digital content whose supply began with your agreement.
6. Legal guarantee
Products sold to consumers carry the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If there is a defect, contact the merchant first.
7. Liability
The merchant is responsible for the products it sells and the information it publishes. LetzBuy aims to keep the service running but does not guarantee it will never be interrupted.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law gives consumers.
8. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, write to the merchant concerned first, then to LetzBuy: To be completed: [Contact email to be completed].
If no solution is found, you can refer the matter to the consumer mediator: To be completed: [Consumer mediator to be completed]. The European online dispute resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025.
Luxembourg law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection granted by the law of their country of residence. Luxembourg courts have jurisdiction subject to that.
