Buying
How is my order delivered if I buy from several shops?
Each shop prepares and ships its own part of the order. You see each shop's costs and delivery options before you pay.
Can I return an item?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason, apart from the exceptions set by law. The details are in the terms and conditions.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking page with the code from your order confirmation. Each shop appears there with the status of its shipment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The available payment methods are shown at the payment step. Displayed prices include VAT.
Selling
Is there a subscription?
No. Signing up and being on LetzBuy costs €0.00 per year.
What does a sale cost?
LetzBuy takes a 5% commission per sale.
How do I open a shop?
Create your merchant account from the Sell on LetzBuy page, then complete your shop profile and add your products.
Who chooses the delivery options?
You do. Each shop sets its own rules and carriers, including in-store pick-up.
